I didn't become a trainer just to count reps. My passion was ignited on the basketball court, driving me to master the science of human movement and performance.

But I quickly realized that the physical motion is only half the story—true success is profoundly fueled by mindset and unwavering commitment.

Having competed in both basketball and triathlon, I deeply understand the journey. From the camaraderie of a team to the lonely, grueling push of an individual race, I know the struggle firsthand. I know how frustrating it is when training stalls, and how isolating that path can be.

That's why I'm here. My goal is simple: to offer the support you need, help you improve your daily quality of life, regain your strength, and confidently get you back to the field.
